SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

  • Christmas 2024 Delivery - final shipping dates:

International: November 27th

Europe: December 5th

Ireland: 18 December

  • FREE DELIVERY for orders €85.00 and over if delivery is inside of Ireland. Rest of World: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days' and delivery inside of Ireland usually takes 1 - 2 days' This can vary, especially around National Holidays. 

    Fine art paintings and screen printed apparel are shipped inside of 5 working days'. Once your item is shipped you'll receive an email notification. 

  • International delivery dates are usually between 5 and 21 working days, we recommend you choose the tracked shipping option if you'd like to keep an eye on your parcel, standard delivery doesn't offer a tracking number.
  • Once dispatched you'll receive an email notification
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Orders received on Friday or Saturday will be processed the following Monday (or Tuesday if it's a bank holiday weekend)

An Post is our delivery partner for all orders under €1,000

For orders over €1,000 we choose the best delivery partner/option available at the time 

For original paintings over €2,000 we hand deliver inside of Ireland

  

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy, our standard returns policy for anything you buy from us online is 14 days unless other exceptions apply (exceptions below). We want to make returns easy for you and we have listed the steps below:

  1. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order (exceptions below).
     

  2. Return items in a saleable, unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
     

  3. Include your order number and name with your returned item and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange, in the case of an exchange please let us know which item you would like to receive. 
     

  4. Securely package your return and send to:

We endeavour to refund or dispatch replacements within 14 days of receiving your return. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer. 

All parcels being returned for a refund or an exchange is the responsibility of our customer.

We would advise all parcels to be returned using recorded postage. 

 

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:​

  • Any customised made-to-order products 

  • Any commissioned piece of art 

 

Store bought items must be returned to the retailer/art gallery.  

We cannot refund postage and packaging on returns
