HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy, our standard returns policy for anything you buy from us online is 14 days unless other exceptions apply (exceptions below). We want to make returns easy for you and we have listed the steps below:

  1. Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order (exceptions below).
     

  2. Return items in a saleable, unused, and undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
     

  3. Include your order number and name with your returned item and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange, in the case of an exchange please let us know which item you would like to receive. 
     

  4. Securely package your return and send to the address below.

  5. Return postage costs are the responsibility of our customer.

We endeavour to refund or dispatch replacements within 14 days of receiving your return. 


All parcels being returned for a refund or an exchange is the responsibility of our customer.

We would advise all parcels to be returned using recorded postage. 

 

Unless the product you received is faulty, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange on:​

  • Any customised made-to-order products 

  • Any commissioned piece of art 

 

Store bought items must be returned to the retailer/art gallery.  

We cannot refund postage and packaging on returns
