Possibly, Dublin's best known and best loved bakery, located on Lennox Street in Portobello the Bretzel Bakery opened its doors in 1870 and has been baking (delicious) bread ever since.

Located in the heart of what was once known as 'Little Jerusalem', the centre of Dublin's vibrant, Jewish community, the Bretzel is a stone's throw from the Irish Jewish Museum and the former Lennox Street Synagog.

The Bretzel Bakery is certainly worth a visit; 'grab' a pastry and a coffee and maybe even one of its famous sourdoughs loaves.
