This butterfly painting was inspired by the butterflies the artist sees when walking his dogs through his local nature reserve.  

This piece was created by using pen and watercolour paint on watercolour paper and then building up layers of tone and colour using oil based coloured pencils and acrylic paint. 

All of the materials used to create this piece are the highest, artist quality. 

This frame is matt white wood grain made in Ireland this artwork is framed and behind glass.
